This is most definitely not a four-star hotel. Its only redeeming feature is the location. The laundry service is not as claimed same day - it takes at least 24 hours. Our room on the second floor was pokey as was the bathroom. The shower was prone to sudden temperature changes and flooded the bathroom floor and even though that problem was reported, it wasn't fixed. No instructions on how to use the tv, no mention of room service. No tables available in the dining room for breakfast and all self service. Although the covered rooftop bar provided great views of the city, it was manned only occasionally. And to cap it all, the cover was removed on the day when it rained! I don't know how much worse things have to get before the IH Hotels Group gets a grip of this place...
One of the best accommodations I've had in Italy so far. Excellent location (10-15min walk to train and bus stations, city center and nearest beach). The rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff was friendly and kind. All recommendations.
Spacious !
We booked a suite for the extra space and it was very nice.
However the shower was stupid, s flood each time it was used.
We did not have a balcony, in fact the windows were covered by blocks resembling a jail cell.
The staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful.
The location was great.
The hotel was a bit dark and old. Could use some new decore and furniture.

Close to many things, large bed (seemed larger than a queen w w though it was listed as a queen) great staff, awesome breakfast buffet Just wonxerful
The Hotel is in a great location and is clean and comfortable. the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was consistently fresh and delicious. The room cleaning staff were excellent.
Very centrally located so convenient for visiting the town. However the noise of the street, day and night, is too loud if your room is on the front side.
Breakfast offers a lot of choice so everyone can find what he likes for sure!
The terrace was not open yet but it will probably ly be very nice in summer!
